TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from GOD'S Whisper Studio and participation in the Cash Walkers™ Affiliate Program. By purchasing a product or Cash Walkers™ Membership, using our website, or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to these terms.

CASH WALKERS™ MEMBERSHIP

The Cash Walkers™ Membership is a $100 one-time Membership that provides access to the Cash Walkers™ affiliate program, onboarding materials, affiliate resources, marketing materials, QR code instructions, a personal affiliate dashboard and referral link, and other resources that may be provided or updated from time to time.

Cash Walkers™ is an independent affiliate opportunity and not employment, a job offer, franchise, partnership, or guarantee of income.

Members are responsible for their own promotional activities and results.

AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS

Cash Walkers™ affiliates currently earn $50 for each qualifying $100 Cash Walkers™ Membership referral made through their properly tracked personal affiliate link.

A qualifying referral must result in a successfully completed and paid Membership purchase that is properly tracked by the affiliate system.

Self-referrals do not qualify for commissions.

Canceled, refunded, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, or otherwise invalid transactions do not qualify for commissions.

We reserve the right to review referrals and commissions before approving payment and to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the affiliate program.

7-DAY VERIFICATION PERIOD

Affiliate commissions are subject to a 7-day verification period following the applicable Membership purchase.

A commission does not become eligible for payment until the 7-day period has expired and the underlying Membership purchase remains completed, paid, and qualified.

If a purchase is canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise disqualified during this period, the related commission will not be paid.

AFFILIATE PAYMENTS

Eligible affiliate commissions are reviewed and processed weekly, subject to the 7-day verification period.

Cash Walkers™ currently has a $25 minimum payout requirement.

Because one qualifying Membership referral currently earns a $50 commission, one approved qualifying Membership referral exceeds the minimum payout requirement.

Payment schedules and methods may be updated as the program develops. Any material changes will be communicated to participating affiliates.

REFUNDS

Cash Walkers™ Membership purchases are subject to our 7-day refund policy.

Customers should review our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

If a Membership is refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back, any associated affiliate commission will not qualify for payment or may be reversed where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits rights provided under applicable consumer law.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

No earnings or income are guaranteed.

Examples of potential commissions or earnings are provided only to explain how the commission structure works and are not promises or representations of what any participant will earn.

Individual results vary and depend on factors including promotional activity, audience, effort, customer interest, and successful qualifying referrals.

AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliates must promote Cash Walkers™ truthfully and responsibly.

Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about Cash Walkers™, GOD'S Whisper Studio, our products, potential earnings, or the likelihood of financial success.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by applicable law or platform rules.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with the rules and policies of any social media platform, website, advertising service, marketplace, or other promotional channel they use.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or authorized representatives of GOD'S Whisper Studio or Cash Walkers™.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

Fraud, fake accounts, self-referrals, unauthorized transactions, misleading advertising, spam, manipulation of referral tracking, duplicate referrals, and other attempts to improperly obtain commissions are prohibited.

We reserve the right to reject referrals, withhold commissions associated with invalid transactions, suspend affiliate accounts, or terminate participation when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, or material violation of these terms.

MARKETING MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Cash Walkers™, NoONEism™, GOD'S Whisper Studio, associated artwork, marketing materials, graphics, written materials, and other original content remain the property of their respective owners.

Affiliates may use approved promotional materials for the purpose of promoting the Cash Walkers™ program while they remain authorized participants.

Materials may not be falsely represented as the affiliate's own intellectual property, materially altered in a misleading manner, or used for unrelated commercial purposes without permission.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical merchandise, including shirts, posters, mugs, and other products, may be produced on demand by third-party fulfillment providers.

Product appearance, placement, sizing, and colors may vary slightly from digital representations.

Returns, replacements, and refunds for physical merchandise are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

PROGRAM CHANGES

GOD'S Whisper Studio may modify the Cash Walkers™ program, commission structure, promotional resources, payment procedures, or these Terms of Service when reasonably necessary for the operation and development of the program.

Changes will apply prospectively as communicated and will not be used to improperly deny commissions that were already earned and approved under the terms applicable to those qualifying referrals.

TERMINATION

Members may stop participating in the affiliate program at any time.

GOD'S Whisper Studio may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, misleading promotion, or other conduct that materially harms the program, customers, or business.

Termination does not create a right to commissions from referrals that are invalid, unqualified, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent.
